Guide: Creating a pre-campaign email opt-out

For various reasons, including avoiding increased unsubscribes, you might want to offer subscribers an opportunity to opt out of specific fundraising periods, like major giving days. We strongly encourage you to fundraise from your entire list. You can prime your list to receive additional appeals by sending a pre-campaign message and segment your appeals so they don't go to the same subscriber groups.
