What is NewsMatch?

NewsMatch is a national campaign to grow funding and fundraising capacity for INN members around the country. Through NewsMatch, individual donations to nonprofit news organizations around the country are matched by national and local funders.

Since 2017, NewsMatch participants have leveraged $38 million in seed funding from a coalition of national funders to generate nearly $360 million in community support for public service newsrooms across the United States.
